The Food

Our meat is fresh, never frozen, USDA Prime, hand selected & trimmed. We use only 100% wood in our smokers. Our in-house smoking process captures all the delicious, mouth-watering flavors & aromas. All of our meat is rubbed down with our own blend of secret spices then smoked low & slow for 4 to 16 hours. Choose two meats: pulled pork, chicken or brisket (up-charge for double brisket). Choose two sides: smoked beans, smoked potatoes, fresh slaw, corn bread muffins. All Party Packs come with enough sauce and buns for your crowd!
