The Food

Our meat is fresh, never frozen, hand selected & trimmed. All of our meat is rubbed down with our own blend of secret spices then smoked low & slow for up to 16 hours. We use only 100% wood in our smokers. Our in-house smoking process captures all the delicious, mouth-watering flavors & aromas. Party Packs 

(**Pre-Order 24 hour minimum – Pick-Up ONLY**)

Choose two meats: pulled pork, chicken thighs or brisket (up-charge for double brisket).

Choose two sides: smoked beans, smoked potatoes, mac & cheese or fresh slaw. 

All Party Packs come with enough sauce and buns for your crowd!

Party Pack #1 – $55 (feeds 4-6) – 2 meats (1 pound each), 2 sides (1 quart each)

Party Pack #2 – $85 (feeds 8-10) – 2 meats (1.5 lbs. each) and 2 sides (1.5 quarts each)

Party Pack #3 – $135 (feeds 14-16) – 2 meats (2.5 lbs. each) and 2 sides (2.5 quarts each)

Party Pack #4 – $205 (feeds 20-24) – 2 meats (4 lbs. each) and 2 sides (1 half pan each)
